Information we collect

When you contact us or become a client we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, and the details of your engagement. Our website collects standard traffic data (page views, device type, referring URL) in aggregate via analytics tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver services, send invoices, and improve the website. Client financial data is used exclusively to perform the bookkeeping and accounting work you have engaged us for.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (QuickBooks Online, payment processing, secure file storage) and, with your knowledge, with contracted CPAs or credentialed professionals when your engagement requires it.

Data security

Client financial records are stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems. We access client financial platforms only through authorized, credentialed connections — not stored passwords.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you by contacting us. Some information cannot be deleted if retention is required by law or professional standards.
